Today all jubilee activities revolve around water. The day will be a real water party!

Water activities
There are water games for all ages in the yard. Borrow one of the four Neighborhood Boats and sail around the Leidsche Rijn. Participate in one of the water games at Subschool Domstad. We’re going to get wet today, so bring your towel and wear clothes that can get wet.

Trunk towing
The historical tradition is upheld: a wooden log from the Amelisweerd forests is sailed to Molen de Ster! The trunk is pulled across the Kromme Rijn just like a real wooden raft. Now we tow with a boat, but this was also done by women, children and horses. Do you want to prepare well for the arrival of the tribe? Come to the lecture about the float by miller Piet on June 1.
